Mari memasak - Grill Salmon & Fresh Pomegranate Salad

Hohoho....se lagi resepi yg nak di share by Chef Joe.

This time around kita cuba masak salmon plak. As usual resepi bakar membakar ni memang senang dan cepat. Rasa pon sedap...selagi we can maintain the freshness of whatever yg dibakar with good heat control.

Ingredients & how to cook
1) Ready the salmon...kalau bole beli yg tebal skit isinye. U can choose frozen or freash salmon from market.
2) Add some salt, pepper, mix herbs and olive oil....marinate about 10-15 mnts.
3) Panaskan grill pan....and masukan salmon...slamat membakar!
4) Palingkan for both side around 3-4 mnts each and siap untuk dihidang! Don't cook too long..it will loose the juiciness.
5) Ready kan fresh salad (ikut suke jenis yg mana)...masukan sedikit olive oil, grind black pepper, pomegranet, parmesan cheese & salt to taste.
6)You can eat together with grill potato wedges and harsh brown! yummy

Crispy salmon + sweetness of pomegranate = aku suke :)
Bole tambah lemon juice
or chilli sauce
